Jared Feldman is the Owner and Chief Engineer at Setton Industries, leading the firm in delivering innovative manufacturing support services to small-to-medium businesses. With a lifelong passion for problem-solving, Jared began mastering the art from childhood, driven by a natural curiosity that led him to disassemble and rebuild toys for fun. By his teenage years, he contributed to his family’s business, assisting in critical decision-making and eventually managing operations, where he streamlined logistical and financial processes—building an early foundation in engineering and business efficiency.

Jared earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida in December 2018, honing not just technical expertise but also a systematic approach to resolving complex challenges. He views engineering as the craft of innovative solutions rather than rote equations, a perspective that guided his post-graduation career at industry leaders like SpaceX and Blue Origin. At SpaceX, from January 2019 to October 2023, Jared progressed through roles as Dragon 2 Structures Manufacturing Engineer, Pre-Launch Operations Engineer, and Operations Lead Launch Engineer. He optimized integration schedules, reduced labor costs by over $90,000 per vehicle through process improvements, designed cost-saving structural supports, managed high-stakes launch teams, and oversaw astronaut training for missions like Inspiration 4 and Crew-3. Subsequently, at Belcan in support of Blue Origin from April to September 2024, he troubleshooted sensor failures on the New Glenn Launch Vehicle, authored detailed work instructions for installations, and served as a liaison between engineering and production teams to ensure precise specifications.

With over a decade of hands-on experience—including tight-tolerance machining, GD&T, and tools like SOLIDWORKS, Siemens NX, and MATLAB—Jared excels at identifying inefficiencies, implementing lean improvements, and fostering collaborations that deliver tailored, impactful solutions. At Setton Industries, he applies this expertise to help clients achieve operational excellence and drive innovation in manufacturing.

Jon Jimenez is the Chief Operations Officer at Setton Industries, a small manufacturing firm dedicated to delivering high-quality, innovative solutions for clients in competitive industries. With a career rooted in hands-on technical expertise, Jon Jimenez began as an aerospace machinist, welder, and manufacturing technician, building a strong foundation in precision craftsmanship, materials handling, and assembly techniques for high-stakes environments. He fabricated components with exacting tolerances, troubleshot fabrication challenges, and ensured compliance with rigorous safety and quality protocols.

Transitioning to a Production Manufacturing Leader, Jon Jimenez amassed over 20 years of expertise in optimizing operations, leading cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement at industry leaders like SpaceX and Northrop Grumman. He boosted production efficiency through streamlined workflows and automation, reduced costs via supplier negotiations and waste minimization, and exceeded quality standards with data-driven audits, all while managing complex aerospace and defense projects demanding precision and regulatory adherence.

Passionate about mentoring and empowerment, Jon Jimenez pivoted to business consulting, where he helps owners streamline operations, implement best practices like Kaizen and Six Sigma, and foster growth through supply chain revamps and technology adoption. At Setton Industries, he applies his shop-floor-to-strategy experience to guide operational excellence, proactive risk management, and resilient team-building, turning challenges into opportunities for modern manufacturing success.

Caleb is the Director of Client Software Solutions at Setton Industries, a small manufacturing firm specializing in innovative client-focused technologies. With a robust background in custom software development, Caleb excels in crafting scalable web and mobile applications using cutting-edge tech stacks, including TypeScript, React Native, Golang, Firebase, and infrastructure on GCP and AWS. His expertise extends to AI and automation systems, where he integrates large language models like OpenAI, Gemini, and Claude, alongside RAG pipelines, embedding search, and custom assistant workflows for both user-facing products and internal tools.

Caleb is adept in cloud architecture and DevOps, designing and maintaining secure, distributed systems with proficiency in Firestore, Kubernetes, and emulation strategies for local development. He prioritizes security, authentication, and identity access management (IAM), seamlessly incorporating OAuth2, OIDC providers such as Google, Azure, and Auth0, as well as Amazon Cognito, while implementing deep role-based access control for sensitive applications.

Committed to end-to-end product delivery, Caleb guides projects from early prototyping through production launch, emphasizing mobile-first user experience, rapid iteration, and sustainable codebase management to ensure high-quality, client-centric solutions that drive efficiency and innovation in manufacturing.
