Jared has been mastering the art of problem-solving since childhood, beginning with a natural curiosity for understanding how things work—taking apart and rebuilding toys for fun. By his teenage years, he was already contributing to his family’s business, assisting in critical decision-making and eventually taking on operations management. In this role, Jared streamlined logistical and financial processes, laying a strong foundation for his future in engineering and business optimization.

He earned his degree in Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida, where he developed not just technical knowledge but also the ability to approach and resolve complex challenges systematically. Engineering, as Jared sees it, is less about memorizing equations and more about crafting innovative solutions to multifaceted problems.

After graduation, Jared honed his expertise at leading-edge organizations such as SpaceX and Blue Origin. These premier engineering firms excel at tackling intricate manufacturing challenges, fostering collaboration among top talent, and turning innovative concepts into reality. Jared’s hands-on experience in these environments strengthened his ability to address manufacturing problems of all scales, whether for small businesses or industry giants.

With over a decade of experience as a manufacturing engineer, Jared has become adept at identifying inefficiencies, implementing process improvements, and connecting the right people and tools to achieve optimal outcomes. His career reflects a passion for driving operational excellence and delivering impactful solutions tailored to the unique needs of every business he serves.

He has a proven track record of boosting production efficiency, reducing costs, and exceeding quality standards while managing complex processes for top companies like SpaceX and Northrop Grumman. Motivated by a passion for helping others succeed, Jon shifted to business consulting, where he empowers owners to streamline operations, implement best practices, and foster growth. Leveraging his hands-on experience and strategic insight, Jon guides clients toward operational excellence and long-term success, with a focus on continuous improvement and mentorship to help organizations thrive in a competitive marketplace.
